Short, curly pasta. Similar to Rotini or Fussili.
Cooking instructions:
- Boil a large pot of water (salt recommended).
- Put pasta in.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes at a rapid boil.
- Drain well.
Spinach Cesare:
Short, dense pasta made with fresh spinach. Similar to Troffi or Penne.
Cooking instructions:
- Boil a large pot of water (salt recommended).
- Put pasta in.
- Cook for 4-6 minutes at a rapid boil.
- Drain well.
Linguine:
Long, thick, flat pasta. Similar to Fettucine.
Cooking instructions:
- Boil a large pot of water (salt recommended).

Spaghettini:

No need for pre-cooking- layer the sheets and your ingredients as desired. Add water to help cook the pasta- we recommend the ratio of 4 parts sauce-1 part water. Less water if you’re adding vegetables with high water content.

Cook for approximately 70 minutes at 315°F/157 °C or until internal temperature reaches 200 °F/95 °C.

Northern Italian style, slow-cooked tomato meat sauce with veal, beef and pork and a touch of cream.
3-Cheese Blend:
Pizza Dough:
Made simply with flour, water, salt and yeast.
Cooking instructions:
- Preheat oven to 370 F degrees
- Adjust cooking temp to 350 F degrees (before next cooking step)
- Allow dough to reach room temperature for 30 minutes.
- Gently roll dough flat on counter-top with flour.
- Bake with sauce only for 15-20 minutes.
- Add your toppings.
- Cook for 15 mins or until toppings are cooked and base of pizza is coloured and crusty.
Meatballs:
Pre-cooked, golf ball-sized delights. Moist, flavourful and ready to take home.
Sold by the dozen or half dozen, or individually.
Instructions: Pan-fry with sauce for 1 minute
Heat N’ Eat Lasagnas:
Homemade fresh and ready for you to heat on the go. Tomato basil sauce and focaccia bread slice included. Vegetarian or Meat based.

Instructions: Heat oven to 350 F . 20 minutes or 2 minutes in the microwave. Add cheese at the end, option to broil. Finish with heated sauce.
D-I-Yourself Chicken Parm:
Freshly fried or baked breaded cutlet. Tomato basil sauce and mozzarella cheese included.
Instructions: Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spread a small amount of sauce across the chicken and sprinkle cheese overtop. 15 mins. If you have the option to broil, add sauce and cheese in the last 5 minutes.
Herb Roasted Chicken:
Pan fry with a small amount of oil or sauce. 1 minute.
Salsiccia Whole Sausages:
Pan fry with a small amount of oil or sauce. 1.5 minutes.
