Long, thick, flat pasta.
- Boil a large pot of water (salt recommended).
- Pull strands apart before placing pasta in water.
- Cook for 10-12 minutes at rapid boil so the pasta doesn’t stick to the bottom of the pot.
- Drain well.

Spaghettini
Long, thin pasta.

Lasagna Sheets
Long, flat pasta for Lasagne.
18.5 inches by 3.5 inches.
- Varies depending on your ingredients.
- No need for pre-cooking- layer the sheets and your ingredients as desired. Add water to help cook the pasta- we recommend the ratio of 4 parts sauce - 1 part water. Less water if you’re adding vegetables with high water content.
- Cook for approximately 70 minutes at 315 °F / 157 °C or until internal temperature reaches 200 °F / 95 °C.

VEGGIE LASAGNA:
Layered high with roasted garlic, zucchini, eggplant, peppers, spinach and ricotta cheese; finished with a layer of broiled mozzarella and topped with fresh tomato & basil sauce.
MEAT LASAGNA:
Layered high with meat, spinach and ricotta cheese; finished with a layer of broiled mozzarella and topped with fresh tomato & basil sauce.
Heat oven to 350 °F for 20 minutes or 2 minutes in the microwave. Add cheese at the end, option to broil. Finish with heated sauce.

D-I-Yourself Chicken Parm
Freshly fried or baked breaded cutlet. Tomato basil sauce and mozzarella cheese included.
Preheat oven to 400F degrees. Spread a small amount of sauce across the chicken and sprinkle cheese overtop. 15 mins. If you have the option to broil, add sauce and cheese in the last 5 minutes.
Meatballs
Pre-cooked, tender, and flavourful, these golf ball-sized meatballs are made with a blend of three cheeses, panko, and aromatic herbs. Moist and delicious, they’re ready to heat and enjoy at home.
Sold by the dozen or half dozen, or individually.
Pan-fry with sauce for 1 minute.
Herb Roasted Chicken
Tender chicken breast roasted in olive oil, balsamic vinegar, and oregano.
Pan fry with a small amount of oil or sauce. 1 minute.

Pizza
Pizza Dough
Made simply with flour, water, salt and yeast.
- Preheat oven to 370 F degrees
Adjust cooking temp to 350 F degrees (before next cooking step)
Allow dough to reach room temperature for 30 minutes.
Gently roll dough flat on counter-top with flour.
Bake with sauce only for 15-20 minutes.
Add your toppings.
Cook for 15 mins or until toppings are cooked and base of pizza is coloured and crusty.
